Adrienne Fung, CFA
Vice President, Portfolio Manager
Adrienne has had both extensive experience and education in the investment and wealth management services field. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree majoring in Finance from the University of British Columbia. Upon completing her degree, she worked as a personal banker at CIBC and Coast Capital Savings. She later entered the brokerage industry, where she earned her Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation and various other designations with the Canadian Securities Institute (CSI) such as the Chartered Investment Manager (CIM) and the Personal Financial Planner (PFP). She joined Canaccord Capital, now known as Canaccord Genuity 14 years ago, and now assumes the title, Vice President and Portfolio Manager.
Adrienne’s role is to help individuals and clients reach their financial goals by customizing portfolios that reflect the client’s individual and unique values. In recognizing many of her client’s specific values, she is a member of the Responsible Investment Association and has introduced the concept of sustainable investing into her portfolios. Sustainable investing involves the identification and integration of non-financial risks and returns posed by environmental, social and corporate governance (ESG) issues.
When Adrienne is not working, she enjoys spending time with her family including two daughters. She also enjoys, hiking, spin classes and attending symphonies, operas and ballet performances.
Investment Advisor Assistant
Paulina joined Adrienne Fung Wealth Management as an Investment Advisor Assistant. She administers several aspects of the client relationship from maintaining accounts, executing trade orders and managing transfers, to responding to inquiries and explaining products and services to clients. Her well rounded expertise and attention to detail allow her to meet our clients multi-faceted needs. Originally from Mexico, Paulina recently graduated with a BBA and a Financial Management Diploma from Langara College and has completed both her Canadian Securities Course and Conduct and Practice Handbook from the Canadian Securities Institute. Paulina loves to travel and enjoys spending her time exploring new and exciting places.
Investment Advisor Assistant
Mackenzie is a graduate of the Gustavson School of Business at the University of Victoria; specializing in finance and accounting. During his time at Gustavson, Mackenzie had the opportunity to study abroad in Marseille, France at the KEDGE school of business in the Masters of Finance program – a top 50 program in Europe. In his spare time Mackenzie enjoys exploring BC’s back country, snowboarding, golf and staying active in the gym.
